Our second stay in La Loge but seventh visit to La Garenne. We have been able to make use of La Petite Maison for our friend, Paul, to stay and it has worked a treat. Supper together but plenty of privacy for all. It’s a wrench to go but we look forward to further visits.

La Loge – J & DB, Middlesex & PT, Wandsworth – Setember/October 2018

Another great week at La Loge. The Courtyard and Patio is a gem – so quiet and relaxing. We have been able to switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. La Loge is as comfortable and well-equipped as ever.

La Loge – J & JE, Hampshire – September 2018

Wasn’t expecting the weather to be so hot and sunny at this time of year. La Loge as always a great place to stay – very comfortable and restful. This is our first week of two, so now moving into Le Pigeonnier!

La Loge – A & JB, Lancashire – September 2018

What a really super holiday again in La Loge. We’ve visited the lake at Montcuq regularly, walks from the house or from Castelfranc or Albas have all been lovely, had our usual days at St Cirq Lapopie, Monpazier and Cahors, have enjoyed the fabulous variety of evening Concerts, Shakespeare in Montcuq, a Jazz Concert at the fabulous hilltop village of Montlauzan – and many more.

La Loge – L & JO, Buckinghamshire – August/September 2018

A wonderful little corner of the world. Had an excellent time discovering this region. The weather helped, of course, but not as much as the wonderful wine and food we sampled as we discovered each little village, taking advantage of the walks and events, as suggested by Jackie. La Loge and La Garenne is a wonderful place to holiday.

La Loge – X, H & AW, Lancashire – July/August 2018

A very relaxing week with beautiful weather. Lovely sitting out in the evening in the barbeque area.

La Loge – B & AW, Lincolnshire – July 2018

Fantastic Gite. Weather very hot. Visited several places of interest and cycled along the towpaths from Montech.

La Loge – J & JW, Luton – June 2018

This is a really fun place. We went swimming in the river at Castelfranc every day. One day we went up the Tower in Montcuq and one evening we went to Much Ado about Nothing in the open air. This cottage came with a table-tennis table so we played every night. Very fun place.

Thank you so much – my two weeks in this lovely house have gone by far too quickly – swimming in the river was wonderful. The boys really enjoyed the Jazz Concert. A beautiful area, a lovely house and very friendly owners – a great combination.
